INTRODUCTION
The Cordillera Health Professional Voluntary Outreach Service (CHPVOS) is an independent non-governmental and non- profitable charity organization designed to provide and serve a high quality health care service to individual, families and to the community by volunteered license, skilled health professional practitioners and non-medical related professions who are dedicated with community services.
The CHPVOS team is a multi-disciplinary comprising of medical/ surgical, dental, nursing and other health allied and non-clinicall related professions.
MISSION
To honour God in all we do by providing an excellent health care service, guidance and support to individuals, families and the community. To this end, we will always strive to dedicate, promote and create a caring and responsive environment that nurture individual growth, focus on team work and foster meaningful community relations.
OBJECTIVES
- Sets standard for the organization in the delivery of health care service.
- To provide a free quality health care service to the individual, families and the community who has difficulties in availing local health services specially in the remote areas.
- To work in partnership with local health government and other independent sector services to develop and implement plans for community improvements.
