GEOGRAPHY: Surronded by mountains N: Barangay Beckel, La Trinidad S: Sto Nino, Municipality of Tublay W: Shilan Proper, Municipality of La Trinidad E:Labilab, Municipality of Itogon SCHOOL: one elementary school with 91 students, from grade 1-6 combined. one head teacherand 3 teachers.
TRANSPORTATION: One jeepney going to the City at 6:AM and back during mid day once daily. People who could not catch up the scheduled time will walk from Balukas to Barangay Beckel as access to the City for about one hour depending on their pace and baggage and vice versa. HEALTH: Oftentimes Balukas is being visited by Public Health Practitioners at irregular basis. MOST COMMON ILLNESS: Respiratory tract infection
